2ch lists "The Most Unforgivable Anime Atrocities"

2ch (Japan's imageboard equivalent to the west's 4chan) vippers has listed the incidents that they've rage'd at in the history of anime.

Datacomp has listed what is posted at 2ch, the list contained running from Nagi (Kannagi) being a "2nd hand" to the existence of Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within and yes, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu's Endless Eight fiasco is included.

I remember one incident that made me rage'd before when my CATV had BS2 channel was "The Musashimaru Tragedy" where critical seconds on the ending of Card Captor Sakura were cutoff due to an extension of an airing of a Sumo match.
